Having worked as teacher in schools and a life coach to students in and out of schools, I have noticed a real fear and insecurity, lack of confidence and self-belief from many of the students I meet.
I am passionate about helping them to believe they have control over their future, they have choices and can achieve what they put their mind too. The workshops and presentations I offer introduce them to many positive strategies helping them to acquire a powerful growth mind set.
- Daring to dream and believing you can achieve
- Developing a growth mind set, where you learn from your mistakes and do not fear failure
- Setting realistic goals
- Developing self-confidence and self-esteem
- Developing positive strategies to reduce anxiety
- Staying emotionally and physically healthy
- Becoming motivated and overcoming procrastination.
